Before and After Spacing
Before and After spacing is another extremely helpful editing tool in Microsoft Word. This feature is great for creating empty space before or after certain paragraphs that you select, without creating non-existent paragraphs. To use this feature go to the ribbon and click on Page Layout. From there you can click to increase or decrease the amount of spacing before and after paragraphs.
